I love the class, Mucca. The lectures are great, my prof is hilarious. The only thing I don't like is that it's serving as my writing requirement class, so I need to do mini-papers every week (a 400-word draft one week, then a 1000-word final copy the next), and a full 2000-word paper at the end of both terms.

The course material itself is awesome. Buttloads of reading, though.

My one prof is disgustingly boring and says um more time a minute than I can count ...(save her wife of bath discussion..that was hilarious)...her husband is entertaining tho....(there's 2 profs and they're married)

The reading's not so bad, but it all depends on what it is, too. You read everything from The Epic of Gilgamesh to Life of Augustus to some tablet about the minutiae of how the Senate comes to some minor decision.

It ranges from really cool readings to really boring stuff. And the sheer amount of the readings tends to get a little monotonous.
