I can walk without a cane!

After keeping it elevated and iced all night yesterday (plus a good night's sleep), the swelling has gone down a lot (though it's still quite swollen), and I can bend my leg about 75 degrees without too much discomfort, which means I can also drive again. And I have a follow up doctor's appointment in a half hour.

Hopefully by next week I'll be able to walk without a limp...

Just got back from my followup visit. Everything looks good. Swellling should continue to go down, and I should be pretty much back to normal (except for the stitches) by Monday.
