what are chocolate crackles?

Chocolate crackles are a mixture of rice bubbles, icing sugar, copha, chocolate and coconut. Mix dry ingredients together, slowly melt copha, allow to cool and then mix into dry ingredients. Spoon into patty cases and refrigerate until firm.
