The two main festivals I've been to in NS are the Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival and the Stan Rogers Folk Festival. I think I was to one in Springhill once as well.

I LOVE veggies! The only ones I'm cautious about are rutabegas (I think that's a veg?), brussel sprouts (why are they called sprouts when they are basically mini heads of lettuce that taste funny) and eggplant.

I'm practically vegetarian so I veggies! The only ones I don't like are beets, cabbage and eggplant. Mmmm now I want some vegetable stir fry

Yes, I like most veggies. I'm going to have to start liking them more because I'm slowly reducing the amount of meat I eat. I hope to be strictly vegetarian one day.
