Well it's offical...Tampa FINALLY found a new head coach after so much searching and so many ppl not wanting the job for possible worry of if they screw up they get fired like the previous one. Anyone a Raiders fan and are going to seriously miss Jon Gruden ?? This guy better be damn good 'coz we had to give up 4 draft picks to get him. Please tell me someone out there knows some info on this guy. I'm a huge bucs fan but with general manager rich mckay a no show for yesterdays press conference I'm kinda worried how things are gonna go. ok i'm done.
