So I just went for a run. First bit was a struggle as my lungs didn't like the cool evening air. Then I spent most of the rest of the run focusing on how my lower right leg was pretty bloody sore. I expected it to be a fairly unremarkable time.

Instead I equalled my personal best. Maybe beat it, but I spent a couple of seconds fumbling with my phone at the end. Crazy.
