This is the final round of the BITUSA rounds, sorry it started so late, I should've mentioned long ago that I don't get home til 9 on Thursdays.
 
I know I'd love the song if it wasn't destroyed by '80s production values. I don't know how an entire decade can sound more dated than the one before it, but that's the '80s for you.
 
Never mind the production values (which are as laughably dated as YLB makes them out to be), Dancing In The Dark is a better song than No Surrender. Dancing may just be a ridiculous feelgood shout-a-long, but No Surrender is hardly poetry itself (not much of BITUSA qualifies as such). I know I had No Surrender in my top 4, but after hearing a live version of Dancing today...it's just a really fucking good song. Great melody.
