since getting Windows XP I've been receiving tons of stupid messages from spammers.
is there any free way of stopping this?

i started a thread just like this, they arent like normal pop ups, they are like the grey boxes you need to push ok to get rid of

the people told me how to stop it, let me see if i can remember

ok, right click on my computer, go to manage, click on services and applications, click on services, then click on messenger, and then select "stop this" and that should work
