It doesn`t work

No this was his reply "There is nothing we can do,it could have been a 100 dollar game and we can`t trade it without the recept,I could give you a dollar but that`s about it..." 1, the game had a huge scratch on the back and the guy looked at it WHEN he gave it to me and said it was fine. and 2 He did NOT give me a recept and the game doesn`t get past the logo....

That's up. Sounds to me like they knew it was a crap game when they sold it. I think it is THEIR fault for not giving you a receipt. Did you pay cash for it or do you have a debit or credit card transaction for it?
