I believe in Calif., back in the 70s, you had to be 18 for them to arrest you. If you were under 18 and your parents came to get you, you got a slap on the wrist & banned from the store. Or so I was told

When I was 13 me and a few of my friends ordered a total of about 20 large pizzas from 4 different pizza places, to this girls house , Well were dumb and didnt block the call and all the pizza places were going to press charges on us unless we payed them back.

Actually that reminds me of some people who had twins here in NZ years ago. Although they were both 1/4 Maori (dark skinned) they were both fair skinned with blonde hair and blue eyes. When their twins arrived, one was blonde with blue eyes and the other took after their maori ancestry and was dark skinned with dark hair & eyes!! Freaky cool!
