I got my master's degree at FSU about six years ago FSU's Film School is top-notch. If you're not accepted now, worry about taking your gen. ed. classes next year, and try to get involved in whatever extracurricular activities in the program that you can. That will help you get a foot in the door if you have to reapply next year.

Considering I teach mainly freshmen, I could direct the Shuttlecock office of academic advising

I almost transfered there, but decided to go to Boston University instead.

Which was a colossal waste of money and I didn't stay, although I'm glad I got to live in the city itself for four years. I get much more homesick for Beantown than I do for Chicago.
