It's a long story. To summarize: Gabe posted a thread in It's Official that brought him some scorn. He began sniping Dalton throughout the forum. Dalton posted in the Bar (before it sucked). So, he followed us into the Bar (where we were having a discussion on him) and began sniping at Dalton and the Bar in the Bar.

Inexplicably, he began posting in the Bar as if he was a regular, as if he hadn't spent a good month waging an Internet war against its members. Most of us totally ignored him, but enough recognized his presence to convince him he was a part of it.

One day, NSW finally broke his silence and called Gabe out. He eventually apologized, but he hit the nail on the head.

However what we do is vote to see how many songs from each album. Then vote songs into a 64 field. From there we seed them and it goes on like March Madness. Does that sound good?

1. I really think the rule is stupid.

2. There is no official specifc rule about It's Official, whereas there are those for PLEBA and other areas.

3. Contextually, the 'democratically chosen' rule of no U2 in IO can't work. Look where IO is placed on the forum. It is contained in the section called Your Blue Room. EVERY subsection in that section is ABOUT U2!!! Conversely, there is an ENTIRE SECTION devoted to OFF TOPIC concerns, and if IO is SUPPOSED to be TRULY void of ANYTHING U2, then it should be in LYPTON VILLAGE, or EVEN in Lemonade Stand.
