Roger Waters's Ca Ira: An Opera In Three Acts

I was watching a Charlie Rose interview with Roger Waters who was promoting this CD. It sounded really interesting and I liked the clips on which had an average rating of it at 4 out of 5 stars. I like opera and I like Roger Waters. I'm still not sure whether to buy it. Out of all the Pink Floyd and Waters fans on this site someone must have listened to this, right? If so, could you tell me what it's like and if you liked it? And tell me if I should buy it?
