One of the most brilliant unintentionally funny movies of all time. Forced acting, crazy propaganda, and classic automobiles all in the same film.
The producers of this either never knew what pot did/does or were themselves stoned when they made it and took a rather brilliant stab at irony.
Either way, it's really funny. I especially love the opening sequence where you can clearly tell a guy was moving a piece of paper upwards in front of the camera with his hand, the part 20-something minutes in where the kid is driving 55 MPH and the guy next to him says "slow down kid, you'll kill somebody", and the ending, which is so absurd that's it's worth sitting through the other hour just to see it. Plus, since it's public domain, it can be used as stock footage.
