i thought that same thing the first time i saw that video! in fact that entire video is pretty much that as well as shining star, in a more way. and if memory serves me right tim talks about both those videos

i make buttermilk but i add a little something extra to make them a little fluffier. it's a secret.

i have been known to add blueberries and chocolate chips though, but not at the same time
