I am really sorry, I dont see a way of getting it to you...I guess apple is really good at what they do.

And I thought I was such a big shot, helping out my main music man, but now I fall flat on my face. :(

fyi
i've been able to get around this by opening the file with a simple sound editing program (soundstudio), converting the file to a lossless format (.aiff in my case - i've got a mac), then back to itunes and recompress to mp3 or aac or whatever.
my point - try converting the file to a different format and then play. worth a shot before you trash the files.

And this board is supposed to be full of Radiohead fans, and yet a Kid A unappreciation thread stays on the front page, while this thread drops. Something is rotten here.

Am I the only one who thinks that HTTT is a masterpiece?

I'm late to the game...didn't see the thread

If Xavi or anyone else could send me the rarities, I'd be eternally grateful. :)

  Thanks very much!

The piano instrumental for Let Down is something.

To answer your question about Hail to the Thief--I love it. Like Kid A, it took me quite a few listens to truly appreciate its uniqueness. (I was being a real ass in another thread when I said I liked Kid A right away).

HTTT is probably not mixed as well thematically as Kid A (or OK Computer) but it contains some of my favourite songs, like There There, 2+2 = 5, Myxomatosis, and A Wolf at the Door. And there are some days when HTTT is actually my favourite album. There's a classic Radiohead gloominess to it, but it's also a great snapshot of the global events that surrounded the recording. I think it also acts as a bridge to whatever new territory the band will soon unveil.

I wipe my ass with Hail to the Theif.

Seriously, that album is utter garbage.

It makes "A Man and a Woman" sound like Mozard.

Only a truly great album with supernatural powers is capable of doing that.

I don't know who that Mozard guy you're talking about is... but HTTT is good. Maybe not as good as The Bends, OK or Kid A but I like it.

I've just realised I might be missing out on some Radiohead stuff!! Any chance anyone could list this stuff xaviMF22 has sent round please??
