The redefinition of the punk rock compilation is upon us? This 2-disk, 31-track set is the quintessential collection of punk rock anthems for the next century. The albums feature Punk-O-Rama veterans like Rancid, Pennywise, Bad Religion and Millencolin, along with a ton of new comers and groundbreakers like Motion City Soundtrack, Sage Francis, The Black Keys, Ikara Colt, Atmosphere, and The Transplants! All of this insanely killer music for the nice price of $6.98! That?s only 22 cents a track people!

ALl I can say is

OHHHHHHH OHHHHHHH OHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

:Oh face:

Damn that's one kick ass mother fuckin CD. Someone buy it and send it to me.

Side note: Interesting choice using "As Wicked" no? Definately unforseen. And bonus points on the Millencolin track.

yeah it is an interesting choice for the rancid track, i was quite surprised... great song, nonetheless, great song

it really is as good as the tracklisting makes it out to be

whooohoooo!

i don't actually own a copy YET...radio station owns a copy

I'll own a copy tomorrow. (my tax return finally arrived, I think I'll own about 3 or 4 more cd's tomorrow....)

I'll live in Tokyo tommorow. That's pretty cool too. *sniff*

Honestly, I'd much rather be living there right now than buying some stupid cd's. My jealously of your living situation is through the frickin' roof.

I dont know why I dont look for jobs there, I'm fairly qualified for Japanese speaking crap.

went to the store and some stupid girl working there had no idea what i was talking about when i asked about it...i couldn't find it in with the comps, it wasn't on the new cds rack...so i asked the girl working at the cashregister who had no idea what i was talking about...stupid people...

so i don't have a copy yet :sigh:

IWB, Circuit City has it on sale for $4.99!!! I just got it, I'm on track #1 right now.

$4.99 for 2 cds, that has to be the ABSOLUTE BEST price I've ever gotten any cd for, used or new!

When you open it, there's an advertisement for the Punk O Rama DVD which says, "Bad Religion footage from their European 1992 tour" in the bonus footage! Thought you'd like the sound of that! I hope the dvd is cheap too. I think it came out today, not sure. (I just checked, It's supposed to be about $12.99, and comes out next week I think!!!)

PS - www.allmusic.com gave this album 4 and 1/2 stars out of 5!!!!!!! WOW!

(they'd never given any Punk-O-Rama compilation above 3 stars before this one!

PS - It's not a good sign that I've absolutely loved the first 6 songs I've heard so far.... (that makes me want to buy all the albums....)
