tis an Australian/New Zealand term for British people..the product of our two countries fluctuating relationship..~..occasionally used for those more in the upperclass sections, and mainly those that flock abroad and spend a lot of time complaining and whinging in true Brit fashion ...technically its not a compliment but she means it affectionately~

..I was actually within ten minutes of being an Aussie but my dad had to turn down a work-based overseas offer so our family remained here..could have been interesting to say the least
