What? C'mon, one can find Pink Floyd trippy and interesting and find the verbose Dylan boring. It's all personal taste. That's all it is.

It's like me calling the Grateful Dead drugged-out stoner music and then extolling the talents of Phish.

No, it's not like that. One makes music that sounds interesting to my ears (usually, anyway - The Wall is crap). The other does nothing that interests me, so listening becomes boring. Simple as that.
