I finally saw it tonight. It probably ties with United 93 as the best film I've seen this year (out of 40). It's absolutely beautiful, and I really liked the rounded, uterine imagery used for the fantasy world versus the grey, angular outside world. Then again, I like all dark fantasy and anything that draws upon elements of mythology and folklore/fairy tales (especially when mixed with history).
