On the Warner stuff - are we 100% he said "speak English"? I mean, no mics picked it up, and he is a nimbler. Either way, I don't condone racism of any sort, but devoid of all context, wishing him dead is probably a far worse action. Shame.

Watching live, I got the impression Warner but back on the way past. It's clear he is walking past, hears something, and snaps. If it was "speak English", it is entirely possible that was the response to a rude or abusive comment masked in his native tongue. Which in itself is pretty spineless. Not excusing it, but to go off half cocked based on the evidence seen is just immature.
