the finest band from the UK have just delivered one of the best albums of the year thusfar.

A true side A/B affair,

A is intense, floorboard stomping rock & roll.

B is folky/funky acoustic gems.

simple & brilliant.

"Go To Sea Boys" is devastating. My speakers are begging for mercy.

This is strange, I was in love withthe idea of OCS rock songs, and I loved what I heard off this record, but the songs that are doing the most for me are the backhalf acoustic stuff.

"Mr. Brown" and "Two Lovers" are 2 playfull little pop songs with nice grooves. Flavor in spades.
