lovely. we have an ice storm warning and my boss said we can't leave...but she left! 
oops, spoke too soon, i guess she ran an errand. but still, it's an ice storm warning. rarely are warnings issued when nothing happens. it'd be nice if we could get off early so we don't get stuck in rush hour traffic and this crap starts, but oh well.
