7 card stud I find a bit hard.

I love Texas Hold 'Em though.

yeah, i don't play those either, sicy.

i'm not even brave enough for the live poker room.

in let it ride, you put three bets on the table. usually it's three five dollar chips, all in a row. the dealer gives you three cards and you base it on tens or better. then the dealer gives himself two cards, face down.

you have a chance after seeing your three cards to pull back your first chip. for instance, if you had two kings, you would leave all three bets up (or, let it ride) because you've already won. your hand can only get better. plus, you get paid for each bet.

then the dealer shows you his first card, which you use as part of your own hand. if you still have nothing, you pull back the second chip, and that's that. the dealer's second card makes your full hand.

it sounds like it would be super easy to make a decent hand, but it's not.

it's so addicting.
