Alright - the working out starts at 6am tmw. I have to be in great shape by the start of March. I will be mostly swimming and the threadmill for now...the question is ...
what do I put on my MP3 player and the ipod shuffle?

I need the most workout inspiring music so what has worked for you??

:help:

Mods - please move if needed...wasn't sure where to put this.

Why the start of March? I'd say extreme polka, to meet the deadline. ;)

Two reasons - The start of march is the Arnold Classic and I am going to watch, and don't want to be the fatest person there, and secondly, I bought a great shirt for St. Patricks day and want to look hawt in it:wink:

Sorry...I'm too lazy for specific songs :|

Some of my workout favorites are:

*Garbage
*Madonna
*No Doubt
*U2 (remixes and POP era)
*Madness
*Le Tigre
*Outkast
*The Strokes
*The Pretenders
*New Order
*The b-52's
*The Chemical Brothers

I most also agree with Rage

honest advice
first , if it is possible , do it later , after work , school etc
your heart and body will not like those wondeful things in early am hours
pm hours after work are quite good ( take away all the stress )
but not too late either , do it before 9 pm

as for music

trainspotting soundtracks ( vol 1,2 )

brian eno and john cale ( wrong way up )

goodluck
