Lets see, there has been Geelong, Essendon, Adelaide and Collingwood. I've been a Pies fan for longer than I haven't though. I think by the time I was 8-10, I was Pies through and through.

Any of those three would've been better than the Pies. :tsk:

Though I'm sure Bonnie will disagree with me there re: the Crows.

Geelong was because of Garry Ablett Snr
Adelaide was because of Tony Modra

I never knew why I went for the Bombers.

I know the Bombers tend to be as roundly disliked as the Pies, but I've no problem with them. Perhaps because my old flatmate was a Bombers fan and I wouldn't have survived too long if I'd hated Essendon!

And now I live within walking distance of Windy Hill ...

Okay, he's IMed me back now. Turns out his friends were over, German Boy 1 and German Boy 2 (they have names, but we just don't call them by them  ) Now I'm going to find out why he's not HERE.

Because he's got the hots for German Boys 1 and 2. Sorry.

OK, I was bored, so I randomly looked up some stats. I initially was doing this earlier when Serena pointed out I'm closing in on 70,000, then I got sidetracked.

2 June 2003: I registered on Interference.
23 October 2005: I hit 17,000 posts.
11 October 2007: I hit 30,000 posts.
27 February 2008: I hit 34,000 posts.
23 March 2008: I hit 40,000 posts.
2 June 2008: I hit 50,000 posts.
27 July 2008: I hit 60,000 posts.
26 August 2008: I hit 66,666 posts and became the most evil person on Interference.

Wonder if I can find 10,000 and 20,000 ...

Damn. I barely accumulated 1,000 in the first year that I'd been a member. I didn't start posting rabidly until I came here.

Hey Ravva, how goes it?

I showed up in time for the pre-HTDAAB hype. And made an arse of myself.

It goes.. meh, not so great. Today was not much fun at all. But there's always tomorrow.

How's things with you?

I'm not doing too bad. Just looking up some of my old post stats out of curiosity. Seems I hit 10,000 posts back on 13 May 2005. Can't find my 20,000th post, unfortunately. I love that it took me almost two years to make 10,000 initial posts, while it took only almost two months for me to cover 50,001-60,000.

I joined after I saw Edge on the cover of Guitar World, and thought.. I need to find a fan group. It was nice because of all those setlist parties. So much fun!

How did you keep up with the setlist parties on dialup?

I joined because I looked up U2 lyrics, and back in those days, Interference's lyrics section still existed. I saw the forum link at the bottom of the page, clicked it, and the rest is history.
