Overall, 8/10 or B+. Very good album with consistently excellent songwriting. That went well indeed. I still prefer Porcupine Tree's more pretentious, high-concept work, but those were some damn fine songs right there.

Coolness. SW's largely redirected his more concise, pop-oriented songwriting to Blackfield now, and has pretty much hinted that PT will never do something like a Stupid Dream again, but that's fine by me, since I enjoy what both bands are doing right now.
