It has been YEARS since I have seen a show there. This will date me, but the last two shows I saw there were Jane's Addiction with Happy Mondays, or was it Elvis Costello with The Replacements. You are prolly better off with one of the outdoor venues anyway. I love outdoor shows.

those are the only 3 that I could have a chance at attending!!!

OK, so I can't go to a crummy venue. So much for that. I like the flag idea. I have a Fair Trade bumper sticker on my car.

Ok, Presale for tickets to the additional US shows starts at noon on Wednesday.....I am ready to buy some more Coldplay tickets...I wonder what they will cost this time around? Ah who cares more Coldplay shows for me...

Had a great time w/BAW and her husband Rick, first earlier in the day, and then later we met up at the show, and took photos afterwards.

Rick and Char are 2 very cool people.

Rick is funny, my kids loved him.

Anyway-the show-
I scored a floor seat for 20.00 outside on the street.

The best songs were-
Yellow
Trouble
Moses
Clocks
an another song that sounded like old u2.

I was about 3 ft from the stage and took about a dozen pics of Chris M. that I will post later..

My brief Coldplay review and then some pics

The highlights for me were Trouble, Clocks and Yellow. Chris was in a really chatty good mood and talked alot...he did the Justified "I just wanna love you baby" and also threw in some anti-George Bush lyrics..which I thought was hilarious considering Diamond was in the audience

He also came out and did Gold in Them Hills with Ron Sexsmith, which I was hoping he would do.

I took a lot of pics but they didn't come out so great, eh what the hell, I'll post them anyway.
