So anyway:

Self-portrait.

The wallaby which we all scrambled to get a photo of.

The Axverman himself.

And again.

And then some more:

This is one of my favourites for the story it tells.

For some reason when I resize B&W photos to upload them, that effect occurs.

And finally, a couple of long-exposure shots taken in the fog in Mt Macedon:

Stitched-together landscape shots:

I know, the horizon's wonky on this one... whoops!

And a couple more long exposures:

I wanna come to Australia

Except for the part where I'm too poor, and Australia is FULL of deadly creatures that want to kill me.

Give me a few and I have a pictorial response to this.

I'm loving the ghosting on Mt Macedon. My favourites:

Yeah, there is that, unfortunately, isn't there?

How'd the house photos go? I saw a couple in the earlier thread - looks like the ambient light / flashlight combination was a good one.

I've lived here 12 years and seen one deadly creature in that entire time. I'd honestly be far more worried about North America than here.

Hey LM!

And man, slow Intarwebz are slow ... no wonder I don't upload pictures all too frequently.

Had a decent enough day. Discovered some fine 2009 listening and spent the last half hour or so working on my epic inthistowntastic av. I'll be in and out of here tonight, got some homework to get done. 12 more days and I'm done with high school.

The one potentially dangerous spider I've seen (which I found in my schoolbag, of all places, back when I was 12) was actually not very large at all.

And you've got mosquitoes and ticks and stuff that carry rather unpleasant diseases that we don't have down here!

Isn't that just the best damn feeling in the world, being free of high school?

It would be, if college weren't so hot on its heels.

Very much like the Axman, however, I have an epic summer ahead, so that's my consolation.

Hey LM, you got a larger version of that avatar to post? Would love to have a look/read of it.
