Lupe Fiasco, new album and general appreciation

His new album The Cool comes out December 18, and could very well supplant Graduation as my favorite rap album of 2007.

Fishscale is AMAZING! I don't know if you've heard The Pretty Toney Album, but it's pretty close in quality.

He's one of the few rappers who show that rap is a creative outlet, not a forum for recycling hateful cliches with catchy hooks and selling digital singles and ringtones.

He came to my school last year and put on a really entertaining show, I haven't checked out his new album yet though, kind of forgot about it.
