Sometimes it's the little things in life that make me happy. Little stuff that I usually take for granted. Things like:

Hearing the beginning of a U2 song right as I get in the car
Water pressure
Soft pretzels with cheese dip
Ordering a medium rare steak and having it come medium rare
New battaries for the remote
Being full but not stuffed
Getting weird looks from wearing a Jar Jar Binks T-shirt
Clean socks
20 oz. bottles of Cherry Coke for only $.83
When the kickass "limited time only" sandwich takes a permanant spot on the menu
Catching a Simpsons rerun that I haven't seen
Sculpting something and getting it right the first time
When people take a cue and follow suit without me having to come out and say anything
The smell of a newly opened vintage Star Wars action figure

A nice warm turf fire for extra warmth when its frezing outside

*my friend who sent me a "just thinking of you" card for no reason other than to tell me how greatful they are to have me as a friend and that they thank god everyday for our friendship. *i received a card like this yesterday when i walked into work*

*a reassuring hug from my sister telling me everything will be ok
*late night calls to friends
*smiles from strangers
*smell of holiday cooking
*talking on the phone to a friend who lives overseas
*my bed
