Doooooo it.

Yeeaaah, I will.

I think I'm going to go with different directors and crews for each of the 7 films too, keeping the same cast and probably writer though.

Well, I've got my directors sorted out for each film, and I am surprisingly pleased with what I came up with, and I'm pretty sure I'll just have Frank Darabont write the scripts for each film too.

Cool, as long as Alfonso Cuaron is doing one. A double dose of awesome, at least in my opinion:

Tom Duffield (The Lost Boys, Beetlejuice)

Sound Design By:
Charles L. Campbell ( E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial, Who Framed Roger Rabbit?)

I need to stop making these.

Both of those films sound awesome, especially the cast for the Tarantino one. Awesome emsemble.

And as for my Dark Tower project, I have Cuaron set to direct the first novel in the series. And then I believe Darabont, Nolan, Del Toro, a Rodriguez/Tarantino co-director job, PT Anderson, and finally Spielberg (Nobody else could touch the final novel and do it justice) doing the rest respectively.

Everything else isn't too tough either, but casting is an absolute nightmare. It's just too difficult to put real faces to characters I love so damn much.

Here is one of my dream movies! I wrote it while at work yesterday  but I forgot to email it to myself!

All i can say, is some crazy shit goes down!

I really love your cast, but you need Danny Trejo if it's a Rodriguez movie.

Thanks, I just want to see Zoe Bell kick Uma's ass at some point, too. She's a badass. Oh, and Sam Jackson's a bad guy a la Jackie Brown.

Great choices for directors, I'd help with the cast but I haven't read the series yet. :(

As long as it's not terrible like From Dusk 'Til Dawn, I'm totally in.

Not a big fan of Malkovich or Paltrow, but a great cast nonetheless. I see you're going for a Vanilla Sky-esque vibe, which looks pretty cool.

There's some really good outlines here, loving some of the cast members (Alan Arkin, Gael Garcia Bernal, David Strathairn). It's really interesting to see these too, not only does it throw light onto people who do great work but go by unmentioned, it also gives an insight into people's tastes.

But namKcuR, why do you have Oliver Wood as your cinematographer? Everyone knows he's a Quidditch goalkeeper :p

I have 2 more cool ideas lined up, I'll submit them when I have the time.

I'm bumping this bad boy because there are a few more ideas brewing better than the two I never posted.

This really needs to be brought back. Plus, I'm interested in seeing Laz do a list or two.

I was thinking about this the other day.

Good bump. Maybe I'll come up with some new ones.

I found an old Word doc with some of my old ideas and probably found my real dream movie.

What do you all think?

a totally serious, 100% contribution by daniel day-lewis could take a tarantino film to unimaginable heights of ridiculousness and awesomeness

He wanted to be Vincent in Pulp Fiction, but Tarantino preferred John Travolta from the start. I love Travolta in that movie, but imagining D-Day in that part is always awesome.

This looks interesting so I'll give it a shot. I've got a second idea that I'll post as soon as I finish it up.
