i was listening to the radio the other day and i couldnt help but be enamoured by this song titled 'multiply' by this guy
being a fan of material from motown - eg atlanta rhythm section, the four tops etc, jamie lidell brought back a genre that i thought was dead and it sounded as good today as it did back in that bygone era
to my surprise it turns out that the guy who sings the song is a white guy - from germany!
the rest of the album is tops as well, some fine numbers in there in the form of this time (not the dj shadow one), what's the use?, game for fools
apparently he has some new material coming out as well
