Depends on "upset." If I'm angry upset I'll play stuff like Metallica, Motley Crue or NIN, but if I'm sad upset, I'll play some U2. They always bring my spirits up.

it depends on what kind of upset we're talking about. if it's sad, although it may not be helpful, I sometimes play Sarah Mclachlan, Tori Amos or U2. if it's angry upset, then probably Linkin Park or Staind (I refer to that as my "angry" music. lol).
