In all seriousness, being hit and killed by a truck is my biggest fear behind spiders. This last winter, a young couple and their two kids were killed when they hit a patch of black ice and slid into the path of an oncoming tanker. It happened not very far from where I live. Let's just say the prospect of winter driving got a little more terrifying after that.
