I dont know if it's their best persay...but one which I absolutely love..I'm almost certain it was the first cd of theirs I heard and it drew me in completely and I have yet to be able to escape. Street spirit, my iron lung, green plastic, nice dream, just, the list goes on and on

Though my absolute favorite Radiohead album would have to be Kid A

the bends rules. every song is mesmerising. in terms of 'poppy' radiohead albums, anyone who doesn't mention pablo honey is simply wrong. pablo honey is a collection of superior pop songs, classic structures, inviting melodies. the bends is a rock album, through and through. glimpses of their experimental side, innovative chord changes and melodies, and oh the sounds!!
to be sure, there are pop songs on 'the bends' (fake plastic, black star, high and dry), but i have a hard time calling 'my iron lung' a pop song. it really challenges the listener. 'the bends' stands as a landmark rock album. nothing like it beforehand, nothing like it since (with the exception of ok computer - a natural progression).
