Congrats. I can honestly say, that having a child is the best thing that could possibly happen to anyone....it's absolutely surreal.

yeah, people can give you advice till the cows come home, but it's different putting things into practice. On the job training indeed.
the one thing I would say (and this advice is free of charge ), savor every milestone that this child has.....from the first time he/she rolls over, to first tooth, first smile etc.
