How do you keep in shape?

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I run generally 3x a week. I also swim a few times a week, depending on how much time I have, and if I can fit in a monthly membership to the community centre in my budget. I go hiking whenever I have the opportunity - there's a group of us that love doing that, so we try to go a few times a month. I'm also looking into taking a yoga class in the fall.

at 5 ft 5 and being this skinny, I swear I feel like Im being stepped on everytime Im out!
