Rock n' Roll Doggie Band-aid
Today, July 20th, Argentina celebrates Friends' Day. It is not a formal 'holiday', but a day that was created by an Argentine professor to have it coincide with the first landing on the moon, arguing that 'on that day, the whole world was cheering for those three astronauts... in his view, that day, we were all friends'...
Even though it has sometimes been considered as 'commercial', in Argentina people use this day as an excuse to meet up with longtime friends. It is probably one of the hardest days to get a table at a restaurant, as all of them are packed. Regardless of some critics, in my opinion, the day always achieves its true spirit, which is getting friends together and reminding people of their true value.
Therefore, I thought I would share this story with everyone here in Interference and wish you all a very happy Friends' Day!!!
