Rock n' Roll Doggie VIP PASS
Watching the Kite(Boston) film clip last weekend got me talking about guitars straps. I think Edge's glittery one was....dazzling. I wondered where he got it, a present from the missus maybe? My bass playing husband never liked the Fender one I paid quite dearly for a few years back. He favours No1 stretch straps from Germany. We can't get them in Australia anymore and their web site doesn't mention them being available. Has anyone seen one of them in a music store anywhere recently?If I can find them I'll stock up for the future.
Also I would like to find out what became of a singer/songwriter I used to love. I think he is Canadian. His name is Jim Post and the record I have is "Colorado Exile". Anyone heard of him? I found one Jim Post doing a Mark Twain review thingy via Google search, but I don't think it's the same Jim Post. It's a small thing , but one of those maddening riddles it would be good to solve. Maybe someone has that album too...
