Does valium have an instant kind of effect? I thought it was like an SSRI or something, and had to build up in your system.

big difference between valium and SSRi's
valium is a calmant and relaxes central nervous system
and muscles- good for a panic attack

ssri's work on the seratoinin in the brain and are for longer term mood stabilisation and depression / anxiety / ocd

I went to the pub for tea tonight with the rents and some old friends of the rents that moved out from here seven years ago, so it's good to see them again. Place is like a ghost town tonight though, because just about EVERYBODY's at the basketball courts, since it's the 50th anniversary or some such rubbish of those courts. I dunno. Fuck basketball.
