Don't worry...I just do my meditations at 3am......it's quiet at that time.

Several years ago, it was around 4:30 am and I just couldn't get back to sleep. I had to send a fax anyway, so I went off to Kinko's to send it. I then drove to an all-night supermarket and did some shopping.

It was foggy out, and it felt like I was dreaming as I drove the empty roads.

These nights, I'm having trouble sleeping, so I am frequently awake around 3. But I just log onto the Internet, and usually find my way here...

Belfast after 6pm, when all the shops close, is empty. I don't need to go out at 3am to see what it's like outside. I wouldn't tempt going anywhere after 3am living here either.
