Has anyone else heard this wonderful re-make of the 80's Genisis classic?

It's amazing. Check it out.

I never realized how intese the lyrics were until you get a "metal" band to put some darkness/anger behind the lyrics.

Disturbed covered Tears for Fears "Shout" in the same manner on their previous album. That too, is an intense song and just needed some "venom" behind it.

Big thumbs up for modern heavy metal bands such as Disturbed to take glossy 80s songs and make us appreciate them even more.

The video for the original Land of Confusion was quite freaky.

I haven't heard Disturbeds' version, but I bet it is pretty good!

Edit : I just went to Amazon and listened to the 30 second clip they have there and it really is great!

some video huh?

Disturbed does a great job w/ the 80s covers. I'm going to see them in concert next month and am wondering if they will play this or Shout...

Aardy, I never knew how angry of a song Shout was until you hear the same lyrics, but from an angry frontman......

"They took you for a working whore"
