Please vote for the tracklisting you LIKE THE MOST.

Welcome to the third quarter final of the Interference Desert Island Album Game! The premise of this game is that the Interference forum has been stranded on a desert island and we can take only TWO CDs of up to 80 minutes of music each. The object is to see which member of the forum can fit the most musical goodness onto these two CDs.

In the second quarter final, VertigoGal scored a decisive victory of 26 votes to 12 over yertle-the-turtle. This means VertigoGal shall meet inmyplace13 in the first semi final!

In this quarter final, Souly and Bono's shades are competing for a place in the second semi final. Below, you will find their tracklistings. If you are unfamiliar with the songs included, we can help you hear them! Just leave your e-mail address. This poll will be open for TWO DAYS. Please note that I will be opening the next quarter final on the 22nd while this one is still running. Both polls will be open concurrently for approximately seven hours. This is so that I can return the start time of these polls to a more reasonable time for me, and as the result of quarter final 3 does not affect who participates in quarter final 4, I see no problem with having them open at the same time for a few hours.

I went with Bono's shades for this round. The inclusion of Crowded House (albeit not a very good Crowdies song, but Neil's great voice nonetheless!) and One Tree Hill is what won me over.

Ooh, this one's going to be interesting. :corn:

most definitely. :corn:

Has anybody that's still in the competition been voting based on overall quality? Or how Tracklist A or B will fare against yours? :hmm:

Kind of like a strategy

(I'm voting based on quality, just to clarify)

This one was REALLY tough. Both such great discs, and I actually preferred Souly's a tiny bit more (Yeah Yeah Yeahs    ) , but it finally came down to the fact that there is NO WAY I am setting down one toe on a desert island without at LEAST ONE U2 song performed by U2. So BONO'S SHADES it is.

I'd prefer money. Please send money.

Sell the candy for money

or your body for money, whichever pays more.

I have all these snacks

It would be easier if you just sent me money.

Hey, Bono's shades, did you know there's a fee you have to pay me for winning this round?
