six pack is the most over rated thing since slice bread. All you need for a six pack is a good ,clean and healthy diet with a bit of cardio.
 
^^^^nice, i'm not good at running though, i don't have the stamina for that, i run 1 lap of the track in a min though.

my legs are my strong points though, i leg press like 490, but then i max out benching at about 100:shrug:

what do you mean not very proportionate, kayla?

i can't bench at all, my weakest muscles are my pecs

i'm not quick fast, i'm a stamina guy
 
Im a all rounder really. Im slim but quite toned.

I can sprint great and have amazing stamina but im hardly gonna win races.
