I think I'll join you in the pile of ash and soot you have created with your combustion

Clapton

^Sami:
what did you think about it?,, or :|

^^ the movie was a bit slow too, but I laughed harder than I have before a few times

and you totally named my favorite Clapton song too:drool::heart:

^ He does an amazing version of it on SNL also

I literally drooled when the song was over

it's on the SNL 25: The Musical Perfomances Volume 1

My second-favorite Clapton song at the moment(favorite will always be Tears In Heaven) is Bellbottom Blues...

'I don't want to fade a-way...'

^
didn't you also say you were lacking Bowie too :shame:

shame, shame, know your name

The Cream of Clapton is a greatest hits, yeah

^ no problemo, and hell yes, Wake Up is amazing, coincidentally, Bowie's version with the Arcade Fire kicks ass too

Let's Dance is amazing it has: Modern Love, Let's Dance , Cat People:drool:, China Girl:heart:, Ricochet:rockon:

but Bowie's most solid albums are Low, Hunky Dory, and The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust

^^^^I've only heard the version with Bowie once, but it was

^^^I dont think I've heard it, what's 24 nights version? maybe I have :hmm:

<I think VP's messed up typing is getting to me :lmao:

has anyone here not heard clapton doing guitar weeps at the concert for george?

I haven't...I HAVE heard Tom Petty/Prince/some other people in one of Petty's sidebands + Harrison's son do it at the 2004 R&R induction cermeony when Harrison was being inducted. THAT was incredible. Does anybody have that? I've been looking for that for a while.
