Your life is not complete until you listen to "Low" all the way through.

don't forget, Hunky Dory, Ziggy, Aladdin Sane, Diamond Dogs, Stationtostation, Heroes, Lodger, Scary Monsters, Tin Machine, Outside, Hours, and Heathen

I've been listening to more Bowie recently because Rebel Rebel was on the pre-show Vertigo tape.
The Man Who Sold The World kicks arse and Bowie's version is the much better one.

of all the versions of tmwstw, i have to say, after Bowie's own version, i prefer Lulu's

What really got me into him was 'Hunky Dory'. I first discovered him a few years ago in college. I definitely had a David Bowie period.

Station To Station is the way to go, all hail the line "It's not the side effects of the cocaine, I'm thinking that it must be love"

Warscawa is one of the best songs I've ever heard in my life

w/o a lot of lyrics...

Bowie's best records were his Eno records and Hunky Dory for me:drool:

Just listen to Changesbowie.
The first time for Bowie's long list of albums

Yeah, I love Heroes by Wallflowers, now I know who started it

I'm also geting into his music. I've been listening t ALOT of David Bowie in the last days. I already had some of his stuff but I'm REALLY getting addicted now. :crack: And I'm loving it!

I love the first album of Bowie. And lotsa others...

check out songs like Janine, An occasional Dream, oooooh the whole first album is a great thing. letter to hermoine is a sweet song.

I like the Ziggy Stardust album too. Thats just a classic. Same for Low.

If anyone wants to surprise me, tell me you have listened to to "Outside" its one of his later works and one of the weirdest scariest albums I have, nice nonetheless, great arrangements and everything.
