actually we had a problem at work (i called alumni for the college) when they changed the phone systems last year - the phones were way easier to dial, so when you dialed 9 to get out and then 1 to get long distance, it was really easy to hit 1 twice and dial 911, and then campus public safety would have to come...so they changed the campus system just because of us to be # to get an outside line.
