Ok, for my last shot at this...I tried going on that site and its gone to a white screen...I even tried going to that original site then accessing it from there but that doesn't work either ..

I've tried this on 2 computers so I know it's just not one computer...

Ok, FINALLY i got to the site, but when I do it, it comes out at pdf, not pgn...

that makes no sense Can you open the pdf file? Then copy the image in a graphics progam & save as jp(e)g?

Thats the thing, I can open the file but it won't let me messaround with it...I dont have a graphics program, but I do have photoshop..would that work?

Yes, that should work. You should be able to copy the pdf or maybe do another screen capture and then use photoshop. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with that program, I have my own graphics type program on my computer.
