There's is a great record if you like the rootsy mood of bands that make one think of analog and alcohol.

Reminds me a bit of the Raconteurs.

Absolutely!!! They are the best new band I have heard since Arcade Fire..
I've listened to the album on teh website of MTV2.co.uk and it's absolutely fantastic. I am getting the album this weekend. Can't wait..

They're missing out on a lot of better music.

I like them and "Hang Me Out to Dry" but they in no way made the best album of '06

I just now bought this album.

Good album, almost great.

I really got into it due to the song 'Hang Me Up to Dry', that song is a little misleading as to what the rest of the album will sound like, but regardless a good album.
